Claimetrica is led by Salem Albakri — BEng, PMP, PSP, RMP — a specialist in construction planning, scheduling, delay analysis, and project controls with over 20 years of hands-on experience across infrastructure, oil & gas, commercial, and mixed-use EPC projects in Saudi Arabia, Canada, the UK, and the wider Middle East.
Salem has held senior project controls and planning leadership roles at Parsons (PIF secondment), KEO International (Diriyah Gate), WSP, Kiewit Corporation, and the NouvLR consortium (SNC-Lavalin, Dragados, Aecon, AECOM) — working on some of the most complex projects in the region including Vision 2030 giga-projects, the Réseau Express Métropolitain, and major Saudi developments.
